In June of 2025 I discovered that I had an infestation of carpenter ants at work inside my home. Kyle arrived on time and listened to my concerns and questions before explaining the specific steps he would take to rid my home of these invasive pests. Had a great experience with Green Pest Defense. The prices were better than their competitors and the employees are great. The costs were explained and any questions I had were answered.Alex came out to the house and was great. He went over the process again and our problems were quickly resolved. We wanted the tick and mosquito treatment as well and on the day he came it was about to rain so he made the call to come back the next day instead of just applying it. Nate Bergeron came and did 2 rounds of bedbug treatment for me, and he was amazing!! He walked me through the process, and was very fast and efficient. I didn't really know what to expect, but whatever i thought, he definitely exceeded my expectations! Would never recommend bedbugs, but if you have them i'd recommend this guy to exterminate them!

On time, professional and knowledgeable. Explained the process and when doing the treatment found it was more than originally thought and called to inform as was unable to go outside for half hour. Trevor also called a half hour out as had been told by office…. Which usually does not occur. This is my initial experience with this company as Orkin has failed our area with lack of technicians. So far so good. We shall see how their materials work on insects etc over the winter.😀

I called Green pest defense(GPD) for a wasp problem. The reception was pleasant and explain what needs to happen along with the cost.
