I was having pest issues with Carpenter Ants in the house and also mice coming into the garage. Jonathan Ryder performed an inspection and came up with a control solution. It worked. Within a few weeks the carpenter ants disappeared and I have not trapped a mouse in many months. Jon is always friendly, informative, and professional when he performs quarterly treatments and checks. He introduced me to his trainee Tyler who seems to be learning quickly. He was attentive to the inspection process and professional in manner and appearance. Welcome to the Green Pest Defense Team Tyler.

Jon was professional, knowledgeable, and very clear about a plan for the house. He answered our questions to our satisfaction. He did the work very efficiently and told us what to expect going forward. He was very understanding about our dislike of mice and we appreciated this! TO add to this review, we are now, after more than a year, deciding to terminate this service for budgetary reasons. But I will miss the effective and regular service, because it took the worry out of house maintenance. Jon continued to be excellent and reliable and we haven't seen any signs of mice, or for that matter any critter at all, for a long while. I recommend this service highly and feel certain most would be as satisfied as I am.

Matt is the best technician we’ve had! He’s been servicing our house since May of 2024 and is so inconspicuous, we never know when he’s been here! He’s friendly and always polite, and goes the extra mile with our weird terrain during the summer months.

Outstanding customer service!! Trevor showed up when he said he would, which was within 20 hours of my first distress call! His inspection was thorough, and he completely explained what products would be used and the timing of the services very well. I paid for the year upfront (wish the company offered a discount for doing so!), and I now have great peace of mind! This company and its technicians are head and shoulders above the rest! Trust me—I know!!
