He's very adept at exterminating small insects, I think it may be time for him to level up and start exterminating something more challenging... like ottoman sized spiders or football sized ants. All the baits stations were refilled and we notified of the consumption levels. An extra bait trap was provided and a point of possible entry was sealed. They had the quickest service ever! I was really worried because I had seen a rat outside my house and I was freaking out. I called them 25 minutes before they closed on a Thursday and they were able to be to my house by Friday at 9:30 AM. The woman that booked my appointment was really understanding and very helpful and really, really nice. (If she reads this, I’m sorry about using the F word so many times. I was just very freaked out, I’d never seen a rat that wasn’t a pet before.)My technician, Kyle was amazing. He took the time to answer all of my questions, and show me exactly what he was doing. He really listened to everything that I said about what I thought was going on. He was very professional and even took time to talk to one of my neighbors.The problem is coming from a construction site near my house, and all of my neighbors know that I called Green Pest Defense, and I recommended their services to every single person on my street.The price was very reasonable, and I get ongoing service throughout the year. And even though I called for a rodent issue, I sent service was also included! I am very impressed with the whole experience. I was expecting to pay a lot more than I did. If I could give more than five stars, I would.

This was one of the easiest transactions — we noticed a wasp nest in the barn, above our cows, in our newly purchased (very old) property this morning. I googled pest control, called this company, and Marcos was out here in ~2 hours. He was knowledgeable and worked very fast. The wasps are gone and the cows are back in their barn, all within around 3 hours.

Too soon to tell if our mice problem is solved, but our technician, Marcos, got us off to a great start on our monthly plan yesterday. We had returned - mice having made it impossible to sleep - to our permanent residence in Mass., but Marcos walked us through his inspection and analysis live by telephone. He definitely saw entry points we didn't both inside and outside our log cabin, set bait traps, and even copper mesh blocked several entry points. Marcos is thorough and knows his stuff, communicates clearly, is diligent and easy to work with. I believe the mice will soon get the message we just can't accommodate roommates like that no matter how much they want to party with us.

We’ve been using Green Pest Defense for over five years now, and they have always done a great job. The service and customer care have consistently been excellent.Alex Watson is the technician who normally comes out to our home, and he is always friendly, professional, and helpful. He takes the time to ask if we’re happy with the service and whether we’ve noticed anything that needs to be addressed. He also explains everything he’s going to do during each visit and keeps us updated throughout the process.Most recently, right before summer started, we asked if they offered any treatments for ticks and mosquitoes. The last few years have been especially bad, and with two dogs, we knew we needed to do something. Alex explained how the treatment works and what we could expect.Knock on wood, but three months later, we haven’t seen a single tick and have seen very few mosquitoes! We’re very thankful we listened to Alex and decided to give the treatment a try.
