Second interaction with Green Pest Defense. I first called and the lady on the other end, who's name escapes me provided me with all the information I needed. Nate came out the house and went through all the areas he's be setting down the traps. He even checked the old traps for us. He was so polite and very thorough in explaining how they work and why he was putting them where he put them. I would highly recommend this company for your pest control!

When wasps began entering our house in large numbers, it was terrifying. We called Green Pest Defense and the office staff were easy to reach and very helpful. To our great relief, they sent someone out to assess the situation that same day. Alex Carter-Burk, our technician, has been outstanding. He is knowledgeable, thorough, patient, and one of the kindest people we’ve had the good fortune to meet. It turned out the nests were inside the walls of our house and it has taken several treatments to get things under control. In addition, he took care of a huge ground wasp nest in our garden, so he's been busy! We highly recommend Green Pest Defense.

I reached out to Green Pest Defense (who was referred by a good friend of mine) to schedule an assessment and receive a quote for a Mouse problem in our home. Right from the start I spoke with Kat who was both professional and receptive when detailing what we were dealing with. She was able to give me a quote right over the phone (based solely on square footage of your home) and then was able to schedule a technician for the very next morning! I was scheduled with Mike Obie (and a trainee I assume, and I unfortunately forgot his name but not to his discredit!) who called 30 min prior to his arrival which is something I always prefer and appreciate especially in this case because they were actually a little earlier than scheduled.Mike was very professional, got to the details of what we were dealing with and then expertly explained how they were going to remedy our mouse problem and the services they’d be providing. He addressed all my questions and concerns and explained how they’d be following up and how to reach out at anytime between the next service if required. I was very pleased, and feeling confident that our issue will be resolved very promptly. All of this for a great price, and to my relief a courteous and professional staff, which is saying a lot given how that’s becoming a rarity. Would definitely recommend.

Great interaction with Trevor. Seemed very knowledgeable and took the time to fully explained what chemicals and how they will work for our current wasp issues. Also recommended doing the monthly plan which worked in our favor as it was going to be cheaper than 2 visits. We have had issues with other critters also so this will help with them. I will be recommending Trevor and Green Pest defense to anyone that needs some pest control. Already been 2 days and the wasp haven't been seen in the house alive. Have seen a couple of dead ones. So it works.

Charlotte came to our facility a few weeks ago for an ongoing fly problem. She took the time to perform a thorough inspection and explained everything she was looking for and why, as well as providing excellent recommendations to help reduce the issue. We followed her recommendations and the fly problem has been dramatically reduced since her visit. We had a wasp problem appear out of the blue late this summer. There must’ve been a dozen at one point flying into a hole in our siding, while several others made their way to our upstairs tenant’s bedroom.
