- Inspection: One of our licensed pest control technicians will inspect your home to identify any pest infestations and potential entry points.
- Treatment: Treatment methods may include the use of liquids, dust, baits, traps, and other methods to eliminate pests.
- Prevention: Your technician will recommend preventive measures, such as sealing cracks and gaps in the building, keeping food in sealed containers, and removing standing water sources.

We were very pleased with the professional service and attention to detail that the Green Pest technician provided to today. All the baits stations were refilled and we notified of the consumption levels. An extra bait trap was provided and a point of possible entry was sealed. Kayla is outgoing, pleasant and professional. She let me know she was here and asked if I noticed any pest activity. She then proceeded to perform her magic! I am so pleased with Green Pest Defense especially since the house is not used all winter. I have never experienced an unwelcome nest or infestation since I have used them in both my home, and my cottage!A few weeks ago my cat and I came for a September respite at the cottage and the cat caught a mouse outside near one of the stations and brought it inside to brag and play with. The mouse escaped under the fireplace insert. We went home and when I returned this week I noticed a silicone basting brush chewed and destroyed and mouse droppings in the kitchen. Kayla was due for a service call that day anyway and came and inspected inside . We determined that the mouse was likely gone since there were no droppings after I cleaned the day before . She set traps in strategic spots in the kitchen and continued her service for the day. She was ready to accept responsibility for a mouse-in-the-house until I explained the culprit was a cat! I alwAys look forward to Kayla's service calls! She is a gem!

Green pest defense has been so wonderful. We live near Ellsworth so they sent Daniel M. to help us with a rodent problem. Green Pest Defense has been great! They came out right away when we moved into our new home and had a carpenter ant infestation. We have had other companies with our other houses and I can appreciate the thoroughness and knowledge the Green Pest technicians have brought to every visit. I have felt comfortable with all of the employees that have been in my home - which is a big deal. This last visit we got to meet Nate - he was gentle and kind with our high energy people loving dog, respectful of our home, and really listened to any concerns about mice activity and placed a few extra stations for us. I called Green Pest for the first time when my wife and arrived at our vacation home and found that a tribe of cute little mice with good package perforation and pellet dripping skills had moved in. They scurried across the floor in front of us in at least three rooms, and left evidence of their presence in nearly every room. Mike from Green Pest arrived the SAME day, and calmly took control of the situation, even catching two mice with his gloved hand and relocating them into the woods! He then began to execute a comprehensive plan to decolonize the house, the results of which are already evident less than 3 days later.You can’t beat this degree of responsiveness, professionalism, and easy-going competence. 5 stars (so far).***Well, it's been two years, and, despite quarterly outside maintenance, we arrived yesterday to find evidence of mouse and chipmunk infestation in nearly every room. We called today (Friday Jan 2) and Kim arrived within the hour, did a thorough inspection, and took my title steps to remedy the situation. Very pleased with her promptness and patience.
