Bernise is always wonderful! We were outside playing with our daughter when she needed to spray the foundation. She was very courteous of our playtime and kept that area for last. She always does very speedy work and is very knowledgeable. We are hopeful this round of bait works now that the weather allowed us to couple it with the exterior spraying. Man, oh man, that guy was awesome! We move into our home about a year ago and it wasn't too soon afterwards that we started seeing signs of mice. I tried those plug-in sonic units to get rid of the mice but they keep showing up and getting bolder as the months ran on.Fortunately, I saw some outside traps that showed "Green Pest Defense" so I took a chance and gave them a call. Alexis answered the call and gave me a quick run through on what I could expect then set up an appointment for a technician to assess our home.Chandler called me the next day to say he was ahead of schedule and asked if he could swing by a little earlier than our appointed time. He arrived right on time according to his ETA. Chandler got right down to business inspecting the outside of our home then came inside to get started. He was friendly yet thoroughly professional. He explained what our options were and setup a schedule of frequent maintenance visits for the future. He handled the payment while discussing what we should expect moving forward.I felt that we were in good hands with Chandler and Green Pest Defense. They are efficient, courteous and I felt confident that we got the right people to handling our pest problem. I highly recommend GPD if you have an issues with rodents and insects. And ask for Chandler by name, you can't go wrong!
