How Does This Work?
- Inspection: One of our licensed pest control technicians will inspect your home to identify any pest infestations and potential entry points.
- Treatment: Treatment methods may include the use of liquids, dust, baits, traps, and other methods to eliminate pests.
- Prevention: Your technician will recommend preventive measures, such as sealing cracks and gaps in the building, keeping food in sealed containers, and removing standing water sources.
- Monitoring: Ongoing monitoring services are used to ensure that the pests do not return and to catch any new infestations early.

Stephanie K. was very professional, thorough, personable/friendly and punctual! She addressed ALL of my concerns and provided GREAT customer service!!! She also looked for entry points along the outside foundation where mice could get in and plugged them. She offered helpful tips and even hung a deodorizing agent where we had discovered a dead mouse in the basement. She goes “above & beyond” and is best tech we’ve ever had! The company is terrific, it’s easy to reach the office and they go out of their way to provide flexible scheduling of appointments.

I've used Green Pest Defense in the past to deal with mice and carpenter ants. I cancelled in 2022 because I didn't want the monthly payment. I started noticing ants again so I called to restart the service. I'm bummed to have the monthly payment back, but I will say they are great to deal with. The were able to come out right away and the techs they sent, Chandler and Nick, were awesome - friendly and professional. I feel like it's a pretty comprehensive service you get and I definitely feel confident in what they provide. I do wish the monthly payments were a bit lower when you are just getting basic maintenance ($50 per month plus the $375 to get the service started) but I have no complaints in their customer service or the job they do. And big thanks again to Chandler and Nick!

Amazing Service. I have been a customer for about 6 years. Today I called because I had a yellow jacket nest in a spot where i could not get to it.
