Tyler arrived early after calling me to ensure that was okay with my schedule. He was informative, professional and reassuring about my issue with a yellow jackets nest that was under my deck. I’m very happy with the service I received. The customer service was great from the start. I called, and they were at my house the very next day for an inspection.The technician who came to my home was Kyle Karkos. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything he was doing and why. He made the whole process easy and stress-free.I’ve been dealing with mice for a while, and for the past few days I haven’t heard any activity at all (hopefully it stays that way!), which has given me so much peace of mind.I also signed up for their mosquito and tick service, and I noticed a difference right away. There were definitely fewer mosquitoes around the house after the first treatment.I got quotes from a few different companies, and this one had the best combination of price and service. Right away., I was very impressed with Trevor Sanborn of Green pest defense.! He was early, which is great due to the fact that google maps doesnt have me loaded on google maps yet AND., I dont even have my address marked on anything yet....AND.., you still found me while I was still on my wayAND I was late getting there !! You CANT teach that...Trevor Sanborn, you have my respect and admiration AND my continued business ! The property went from a living breathing nightmare to a relaxing paradise in less time than it took me to get back from grabbing myself a coffee in town. The effects were 100 % and immediate. Alex responded quickly and efficiently - after hearing night noises in my attic, I called and he was here a couple of hours later, diagnosing the problem as bats. Although I had my home bat-proofed in 2022, the addition of a new roof left some spaces that Alex pointed out. Green Pest Defense does not do bats, but I called the company that did the work previously and they're coming in the morning. Thank you Alex!

Chandler and Nate did great! On a scale of 0 to 10 we have a level six rat infestation. They did a very thorough inspection. They explained everything. And they set bait traps all over the property and in our home. They explained what to do if one of our pets got one of the bait traps, which is extremely unlikely. They’re coming back in a month and I have high hopes that this will help with our rat problem.

Green Defense is fantastic! This is the second time we’ve used this company. The first time we used Green Defense to tackle a pretty large hornet nest that was under our porch. They were very prompt and responded that day which was super helpful as the hornets were starting to really take over the area, this was a few years ago when I believe the company was fairly new to the Freeport area. We just used Green Defense again and got a pest control contract. Tyler Day responded, helped us with tackling house mice, hornets, ants and more. Tyler was super helpful and thorough and knowledgable. Green Defense has been fantastic the two times we’ve used them for pest control and we are so grateful to have a reliable pest control company come and take care of our unwanted guests!
