This company is simply amazing! This is our second service with them and their customer service is outstanding! I called this morning telling them I had mice, and in a matter of hours they were here inspecting and setting up bait traps. Alex was absolutely incredible… He was kind, knowledgeable, empathetic, confident, and I knew I was in good hands. I would highly recommend this company for any service they offer.Alex returned to our house for a three month check and was very detailed in his findings. It was clear that what was planted three months ago has worked, since we have not seen any mice at all. He replaced the bait in the traps that needed so, explained clearly to me what was going on. APRIL 2026: We recently had a new technician, Jon, and the service was noticeably less thorough than what we previously experienced with Matt. The initial visit took under five minutes, and key areas like the culverts under our deck were missed. After I contacted the office, Jon did return and sprayed the tree line as requested, which I appreciated. However, even after the follow-up, the application still did not feel as thorough overall. I was told the same “sweeping motion” technique is used, but the level of coverage and attention to detail did not seem comparable. At $105/month, I expect a complete and thorough application. It’s not about the time spent, but the quality of the service. We will continue using Green Pest Defense for now and monitor future visits, but I was disappointed that my detailed concerns didn’t seem fully understood. Updating my rating slightly and will continue to update as we go.APRIL 2025: I contacted the office on a Friday morning with urgent concerns about a mosquito infestation. The staff were exceptionally helpful, providing pricing information, discussing various options, offering advice, and scheduling an appointment for Matt to visit that afternoon. Remarkably, there was no wait, and Matt arrived promptly. He meticulously sprayed the entire yard and perimeter, resulting in a noticeable reduction of mosquitoes within hours. By the next day, the mosquitoes were completely gone. Although it rained the following day, we are making significant progress, and I am very grateful for the excellent service provided by this company.

We have a monthly service contract with Green Pest and so far they have been very responsive, timely and reliable. Our service tech, Tyler, shows up within a day or so of identifying an infestation and sets the appropriate traps, which I’m told are more effective in most cases than readily available products on the market. For instance, a mouse problem that the prior owners had been dealing with for years, using their own methods, was resolved within days. Their office support is helpful and professional as well.

Kayla is outgoing, pleasant and professional. She let me know she was here and asked if I noticed any pest activity. She then proceeded to perform her magic! I am so pleased with Green Pest Defense especially since the house is not used all winter. I have never experienced an unwelcome nest or infestation since I have used them in both my home, and my cottage!A few weeks ago my cat and I came for a September respite at the cottage and the cat caught a mouse outside near one of the stations and brought it inside to brag and play with. The mouse escaped under the fireplace insert. We went home and when I returned this week I noticed a silicone basting brush chewed and destroyed and mouse droppings in the kitchen. Kayla was due for a service call that day anyway and came and inspected inside . We determined that the mouse was likely gone since there were no droppings after I cleaned the day before . She set traps in strategic spots in the kitchen and continued her service for the day. She was ready to accept responsibility for a mouse-in-the-house until I explained the culprit was a cat! I alwAys look forward to Kayla's service calls! She is a gem!
