Kayla of Green Pest Control arrived on time and well prepared. She did a thorough inspection of the interior and exterior of the house as well as provide education on common entry points and explained ways to deter our little friends from gaining access. She followed up by strategically placing exterior bait traps and sprayed for insects around the perimeter. We found her professional, personable, and knowledgeable. Very customer oriented.

I can't say enough about the service I received from the Green Pest Defense Technician, Cody! He kept me informed of his arrival time, explained thoroughly what his action plan was for addressing our insect and small rodent issues and then set right to work. He found a wasp's nest that we hadn't seen and took care of that, too! Before he left, he told me, in detail, what he placed where and the treatments he did. We noticed within a few days that the ants have basically disappeared! Not sure what's in the rodent boxes yet.

This was the second time Alex has come to my home, and both experiences have been excellent.Last year, he helped resolve a yellow jacket infestation in a stone wall near my garage. The problem had become severe enough that I couldn't use the garage, and after Alex treated it, the issue never returned. I was incredibly relieved and grateful for his help.During his visit today, I was concerned that I might have a wasp nest in my storm door. Alex thoroughly inspected the area and determined that it was a different type of insect that was not aggressive and posed no immediate concern. This company is simply amazing! This is our second service with them and their customer service is outstanding! I called this morning telling them I had mice, and in a matter of hours they were here inspecting and setting up bait traps. Alex was absolutely incredible… He was kind, knowledgeable, empathetic, confident, and I knew I was in good hands. I inquired about wasp removal upon finding an underground yellow jacket nest in my backyard and they responded quickly and my appointment was set up for two days later. They could have done it that day however I was unable to make that time work for me, I do appreciate that a quick availability was an option. I wanted to be sure this was taken care of professionally because a diy nest removal was too risky for my pets that roam around the yard. I do not have the right equipment for wasp removal myself, so I found this to be a valuable service for me. Nate arrived on time and answered all the questions I had and completed the service.
