They had the quickest service ever! I was really worried because I had seen a rat outside my house and I was freaking out. I called them 25 minutes before they closed on a Thursday and they were able to be to my house by Friday at 9:30 AM. The woman that booked my appointment was really understanding and very helpful and really, really nice. (If she reads this, I’m sorry about using the F word so many times. I was just very freaked out, I’d never seen a rat that wasn’t a pet before.)My technician, Kyle was amazing. He took the time to answer all of my questions, and show me exactly what he was doing. He really listened to everything that I said about what I thought was going on. He was very professional and even took time to talk to one of my neighbors.The problem is coming from a construction site near my house, and all of my neighbors know that I called Green Pest Defense, and I recommended their services to every single person on my street.The price was very reasonable, and I get ongoing service throughout the year. And even though I called for a rodent issue, I sent service was also included! I am very impressed with the whole experience. I was expecting to pay a lot more than I did. This was one of the easiest transactions — we noticed a wasp nest in the barn, above our cows, in our newly purchased (very old) property this morning. I googled pest control, called this company, and Marcos was out here in ~2 hours. He was knowledgeable and worked very fast. The wasps are gone and the cows are back in their barn, all within around 3 hours.
