We had a wasp problem appear out of the blue late this summer. There must’ve been a dozen at one point flying into a hole in our siding, while several others made their way to our upstairs tenant’s bedroom. We called around and Green Pest Defense had availability same-day. Our technician Nate was very professional, efficient, and explained each step of his plan before diving in. I am very impressed and would highly recommend Green Pest Defense!

We called Green Pest Defense a day after moving in to our new house and discovering high mouse/ant activity. While it was initially tempting to go down the diy route, it’s an older farmhouse, and I’m so glad I decided to outsource this one—we have young children and it’s just so nice not to have to worry about it. Nate, our technician, was wonderful and really took the time to listen to our concerns and get to know the property. We haven’t had any issues since!

Marcos was professional, courteous, and reassured me as a customer because he had faith in the products and procedures they utilize! He's very adept at exterminating small insects, I think it may be time for him to level up and start exterminating something more challenging... like ottoman sized spiders or football sized ants. Kid is good haha.

Great service today from Nicholas! He kindly and professionally relocated a very large spider as soon as he arrived. We were very pleased with the professional service and attention to detail that the Green Pest technician provided to today. All the baits stations were refilled and we notified of the consumption levels. An extra bait trap was provided and a point of possible entry was sealed. Green Pest has been money well invested and we would recommend them.

They had the quickest service ever! I was really worried because I had seen a rat outside my house and I was freaking out. I called them 25 minutes before they closed on a Thursday and they were able to be to my house by Friday at 9:30 AM. The woman that booked my appointment was really understanding and very helpful and really, really nice. (If she reads this, I’m sorry about using the F word so many times. I was just very freaked out, I’d never seen a rat that wasn’t a pet before.)My technician, Kyle was amazing. He took the time to answer all of my questions, and show me exactly what he was doing. He really listened to everything that I said about what I thought was going on. He was very professional and even took time to talk to one of my neighbors.The problem is coming from a construction site near my house, and all of my neighbors know that I called Green Pest Defense, and I recommended their services to every single person on my street.The price was very reasonable, and I get ongoing service throughout the year. And even though I called for a rodent issue, I sent service was also included! I am very impressed with the whole experience. I was expecting to pay a lot more than I did. If I could give more than five stars, I would.

Nate is pleasant , kind and came so fast to set up bait stations and set my mind at ease to help our mouse problem . The cost is reasonable , less than I’ve found in all my research of companies , the service is exceptional! I’m looking forward to staying with this company to prevent mice from entering my home . Super responsive and always willing to take the time to explain things when I ask. We had a bad case of carpenter ants and wasp during the summer and they took care of them.
