On 8/13/25, I called Green Pest Defense, I spoke to Alexis about my need to have a large Bald Faced Hornets nest removed form my tree on the front lawn. She was pleasant, answered all my questions and said it could be done today and the price and what was involved and who my technician would be. Shortly, technician Tyler Day, called and gave me and ETA of his arrival. Tyler was very professional, he told me exactly he was doing and what to expect afterwards. He told of the 60 day guarantee that he would return if anything arised.
